It has a 1.5″ stem with two, dual-purpose heights to accommodate different table heights. It is made from hardened steel with a durable, black matte finish. The medium-weight umbrella base is not intended for use in freestanding applications. Flat umbrella bases by Treasure Garden are also available in the heaver 70 lb. version.
